    • 1.8 kilometers of water main installation (200mm-300mm diameter)
    • 2.1 kilometers of sanitary sewer infrastructure (300mm-450mm diameter)
    • 1.5 kilometers of storm sewer installation (450mm-900mm diameter)
    • 1.2 kilometers of natural gas distribution lines
    • Electrical duct bank installation for primary and secondary services
    • Telecommunications infrastructure (fiber optic and copper)
    • Multiple utility vault installations
    • Service connections to four commercial buildings
